Shamil is the red-headed elven blacksmith of Wyrmbough Grove, characterised in session 3 by an accent that “shifts every word” and a drippy nose. He lent his forge to Vasquez overnight after the Sunset is Nigh kill so that Vasquez could combine his looted pistol with his longsword into the campaign’s first homebrew weapon: a custom gunblade with a revolver-style chamber for primer charges [1], [3].
Overview
Shamil is the elven blacksmith of Wyrmbough Grove: red-headed, drippy-nosed, with a shifting-every-word accent that the players found memorable [2]. He lent his forge to Vasquez overnight in session 3 to combine the looted Indiana-Jones-corpse pistol with Vasquez’s longsword into a custom gunblade with a revolver-style chamber for primer charges. Vasquez rolled a d100 of 4 — a clean execution but no improvements [1]. The gunblade has been Vasquez’s primary weapon ever since.
Appearance and demeanour
Red-headed elf. Drippy nose. Accent that shifts every word — the kind of detail that lodges in player memory because nobody can quite explain it.
Status as of session 16
Alive, presumed still in Wyrmbough Grove. Off-screen since session 3.
