The Inn’s rule-board reads “no Venenberg inside, no Nightwatch business inside, no killing over coin, everything else negotiable.” He was on outs with Maelis Dirn and gave the party free venison stew when Terry produced the Soulbinder’s Packed Ring as proof of her death [3]. He charged 5gp/room (negotiated down from 15gp) on Hugo’s Persuasion 16.

The unnamed Glomangol bartender runs the Glomangol Inn in the lower-fog Umbrafall district Wane Quarter — a name the DM has flagged as a possible Whisper-transcription artefact, awaiting confirmation. 40s elf, dark hair shaved on the sides, one eye replaced by a fungal orb. The Inn is the safer-than-most tavern in that district, far enough from the Black Hollow Market that the Nightwatch rarely patrol. The sign over the door is a bioluminescent mushroom and a two-headed serpent. The rule-board reads:

He had been “fallen out again” with Maelis Dirn and gave the party free venison stew once Terry produced the soulbinder ring as proof of her death:
