Bella is a name Hugo gave The Black Mask in session 4, while bargaining for his pact: “the other one with me, Bella, who also went through the showers with me” [1]. He asked whether she could be “converted into knowing the truth and breaking away as well”; the Black Mask answered only “Hmm. why?” and Hugo moved on to his other demands. This wiki reads her as another subject of Project Veilbreak, the experiment whose recording Hugo had just heard. She has not appeared in play, and her whereabouts and condition are unknown.
Overview
Bella is known from a single line. In session 4, in the black void where he bargains with The Black Mask, Hugo asked whether “the other one with me, Bella, who also went through the showers with me” could be “converted into knowing the truth and breaking away as well” [1]. This wiki reads her as another subject of Project Veilbreak, the experiment of the recording Hugo had just heard, which cut 140,000 candidates down to seven [2]. The reading is Hugo’s words and nothing more: the DM has not said that she is one of the seven.
She has not appeared in play, and nothing more has been said of her.

Bella is not seen. In a rented room Hugo called the Black Mask and said he was ready to accept the deal, but first asked whether Bella could be “converted into knowing the truth and breaking away as well”, and then for the destruction of the group, or at least the death of the scientist who had done this to them [4]. The Black Mask asked “Hmm. why?” and went on to agree to the doctor, “okay sure I will” [3][5]. He said nothing more of Bella, and the DM’s summary of the contract Hugo then read, covering his service and the Black Mask’s help in killing one doctor, does not mention her [6].
Status
As of session 23. Unknown. She has not appeared in play, her whereabouts, condition and allegiance are not stated, and no one has named her since session 4.
